| We used this house as home base for our daughter's wedding and for the bridesmaids and bride getting ready location the day of the wedding. Everywhere you turn there are thoughtful touches and fun decor. It is like a bride's dream house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could ever need and the beds were all very comfortable. Luxurious bathrooms. The location is incredible. We will never forget waking up in the morning upstairs to the incredible views of the Lake across the street and the Intracoastal to the side. The golf cart added to the fun. Our stay was everything we had hoped and the only thing I would change is to stay longer! | |

We so enjoyed our stay and Barbie could not have been a better hostess. The house is absolutely beautiful and very well appointed. It had everything necessary for meals at home and yet was conveniently located when we chose to dine out. The grandchildren loved the home’s proximity to water for lizard and teeny crab catching while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the porch. Inside and out…this house is stellar. |

| We rented this house for the weekend of my St. Augustine wedding and used it to get ready the morning of. It was an absolute dream and perfect for groups. I can't wait to see the photos from our photographer. Barbie was wonderful and so easy to get in contact with and answered all my questions quickly. She was very accommodating for our schedule with the events for the weekend. The only negative was that the neighbors are mean and get mad no matter where you park, but it's St. Augustine... people are parked everywhere. | |

| This home is second to none in the St. Augustine area. I have stayed at many AirBnBs around the world, and this one ranks among my top 3 in terms of beautiful, well maintained homes. While we didn’t interact in person with our hostess, Barbie, she was fantastic with communication from check-in to check-out. She even checked in with us midway through our stay to make sure all was going well and again to let us know we had Uber Eats at the front door when we otherwise couldn’t hear the Ring doorbell 😂. The home was so nice, we didn’t want to leave for the most part, and instead opted to order in or make our meals at home. When we did leave, it was a convenient walk (0.8 miles) or short golf cart ride (another bonus to staying in this place), to most everything in the historic district of St. Augustine. All-in-all this was a great place for us to entertain some work guests and celebrate a specific one of our colleagues and his upcoming wedding. | |

| The home is tucked away next to a small body of water in a relatively quiet little nook of St Augustine. We opted for the golf cart which made the quick ferry to downtown so much more fun. The home is very opulent but super cozy and made for a great place for our family to gather and celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday! Barbie was an excellent hostess and we would highly recommend her and this Gorgeous home I guarantee you will not be disappointed! | |

This house was a perfect fit for a family and friends getaway! Although we were only there for 4 nights, we could have spent weeks! All bedrooms had there own baths, the kitchen was outstanding, the gathering areas and the porch offered great views! Katie, the property manager, was very attentive to any of our questions or needs. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. There would be no hesitation on renting this home again! |

| Surprise Proposal! | |
| We had the pleasure of staying at this spectacular home this past weekend for a surprise proposal gathering for my daughter and her fiancé. It is absolutely stunning from top to bottom. The attention to detail throughout the home is impressive. We had eight total in the house and hosted a small gathering with other close relatives staying nearby after the proposal. Barbie, the owner, was so kind to offer me suggestions for a private chef who was already familiar with the home for this event. She was spot on with her advice, and it was a fabulous evening. The kitchen is so well stocked, and the backlit kitchen countertop is a show piece. Beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms were beautiful. Anything we needed was in the house. We rented their six person golf cart from the owner, and that was a terrific way to explore around the historic area. Another bonus: as you are sitting on the porch in the late afternoons, you get to enjoy the horse carriages coming by the house as well as the view of the lake. Highly recommend this home. This house could not be any more perfect…location, design of home, decor, cleanliness, comfort, and golf cart to just name a few! Nothing has been left out when the owners designed a perfect stay for visitors to the area. The house is not only amazing with so many added extras, all of the little things have not been over looked as well. It is definitely first class and deserves every five star it has received!!! It is every bit as beautiful as the VRBO listing; the interior design, decor and overall layout is impressive - a really great kitchen. The 6-passenger golf cart greatly simplified going into the historic district for shopping and restuarants. My family thoroughly enjoyed it. | |
